A couple months ago, Kyle started the process of making a special beer at the brewery to celebrate Miss Lulu. He made a beer when Gigi was born called Little G, so naturally he wanted to make one for Lu too. He decided to make a “pink” saison style beer. Using pink peppercorns, hibiscus and pink rosebuds. It turned out beautifully (and it’s delicious)!

I love that Kyle puts so much thought into the special beers he makes, this one in particular. He is such a great brewer and daddy.
